Work environment is directly proportional to the productivity of an organization. A healthy environment makes the people happy and freedom makes them more responsible. This is best suited for an IT organization where human resource is everything which plays vital role in the success of an organization. You are right Prateek, crappy culture equals to no culture.
I completely agree with this blog. we get busy just for doing data entries & day to day work so we really do not get time to see the real product & also we do not realize the value of a human being. I agree with you that people will be very unhappy if the culture will be crappy. I think people should feel the value of themselves. in that way we can build a happy & healthy culture.
